If you use our Ashav Feeds Customer or Dealer mobile apps, we collect the same categories of information as on the website where applicable. For orders paid via UPI or bank transfer, you may upload an image or PDF (payment screenshot or receipt) so we can verify your payment; we process that file only for order and accounting purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used in the following ways:

• To process and fulfill your orders, including managing payments and arranging for shipping.
• To communicate with you about your order status, products, services, and promotional offers.
• To improve our website, products, and customer service.
• To maintain the security of our website and prevent fraud.

This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. For order fulfillment, your delivery information will be shared with our authorized dealer in your designated Tehsil.

Account deletion

Customers and dealers can request deletion of their app login and associated profile data from within the mobile apps (Account / Profile → Delete account), subject to technical and legal requirements. Some information may be retained where necessary to complete open orders, meet tax or legal obligations, or resolve disputes, as described above.
